Khadya Sathi - Aamar Ration: Your One-Stop Platform for Ration Card Services in West Bengal
Khadya Sathi - Aamar Ration is the official mobile App of Food & Supplies Department, Government of West Bengal. This app is designed to offer a user-friendly experience to the citizens of West Bengal in accessing various e-Governance services related to Ration Card and Ration Shops offered by the Department and the sale of paddy. The app has been developed under the technical supervision of National Informatics Centre.
The app provides a range of services for Ration Beneficiaries, including knowing the entitlement of food grains for various Ration Cards, applying for various Ration Card services, linking Aadhaar with Ration Card, surrendering a Ration Card, giving up subsidy, checking the status of Ration Card application, locating the nearest Ration shop, and lodging a complaint or providing feedback on any service. Farmers can also benefit from the app by locating the nearest Paddy Procurement Centre, knowing the Paddy Procurement dates in nearby Procurement Centre, and checking the status of payment of the paddy sold.
